Everything a serious watcher needs

Built to make a big playlist feel small.

Cobalt turns a 50,000-channel dump into something you can actually navigate — fast to open, fast to search, fast to switch.

Live TV, Movies & Series

One clean home for every stream your provider offers — live channels, VOD films and full series, sorted the way you'd expect.

Instant channel switching

Zap between channels with almost no wait. Last-channel recall and number entry make Cobalt feel like real television.

Full TV guide & catch-up

A real EPG with now & next, a scrollable timeline, and catch-up playback wherever your provider supports it.

Master search & filters

Search live, movies and series at once, then filter by country, genre and quality — 4K, FHD, HD or SD.

Favorites & custom buckets

Heart the channels you love and group anything into your own "buckets" — pin the categories and countries you actually use.

Multi-account · M3U & Xtream

Add multiple providers via M3U URL or Xtream Codes login and switch between them with per-account profiles.

Backup & restore

Export your accounts, favorites and buckets to a file and restore them on any device in seconds.

Works on every screen

Designed once, tuned for each: D-pad focus on TV, touch on phone and tablet, keyboard & mouse on desktop.

Private by design

No accounts on our servers, no analytics, no ads. Your playlist and credentials stay on your device.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide channels or content?
No — and that's by design. Cobalt is a player only. It ships with no channels, movies or playlists. You bring your own IPTV playlist (an M3U URL) or your Xtream Codes login from a service you already subscribe to, and Cobalt plays it beautifully.
What's an M3U / Xtream account?
They're the two common ways an IPTV service gives you access. An M3U is a playlist link (a URL ending in .m3u or .m3u8). Xtream Codes is a login — a server address, a username and a password. Your provider gives you one or the other; Cobalt supports both. Paste it in once and you're set.
Does it work on my TV?
If your TV runs Android TV or Google TV (or you use a device like an NVIDIA Shield, Chromecast with Google TV, or an Android TV box), yes. Cobalt is built for the remote — every screen is fully D-pad navigable with clear focus. See the Android TV install guide.
How do I install on Android TV?
The simplest path is the Play Store on your TV once Cobalt is live there. To sideload today, request early access and we'll email you the APK, then use the Downloader app (or "Send files to TV") to install it. Full steps are in the install guide.
Is my data private?
Yes. Cobalt has no user accounts and collects nothing on our servers — no analytics, no ads, no tracking SDKs. Your playlist, credentials, favorites and history live only on your device. Your credentials are sent only to your provider, to play your streams. Read the full Privacy Policy.
How do I get a license key for Windows?
Windows and other direct installs use a one-time license key instead of a Play subscription. Reach out via the Support page and we'll get you a key, then enter it under Settings. Keys are free during launch.
